This year I liked that we got computers by us all the time. I think having them because it was eaiser to look up information and stuff. I also liked that we got to pick where we sit because sometimes the teachers put us by people that we don’t get along with. I liked watching those internet videos that we just watched. I didn’t like that a lot of the work I did got lost and it didn’t get graded for a long time. But over all there really wasn’t anything that i hated this year.
Teens should have as much privacy as they want. Adults have no right or reason to look at there child’s Myspace,Facebook,Or emails. Everyone I know is smart enough to know how to handle what they do,say,and put on the Internet. I really don’t think its likely at all for predators to attack someone in person. It might be a little more likely for a predator to talk to you on the internet but I know that a lot of people are smart enough to not give someone that they never meet any important personal information about them. Parents need to trust that there kids know how to be safe on the Internet. They need to trust that we don’t have anything bad on our Myspaces and other Internet sites. Adults shouldn’t care if we have pictures and Youtube videos of our selves on the Internet for people to see because chances are that no one cares and no ones gonna look at them and go find you. Some adults don’t even know all that much about the Internet and whats out there. Some parents probably don’t know that you can block people on Myspace and other sites. But adults should also know that teens aren’t gonna block someone that they know that starts being mean to them they are most likely going to say something back. But that’s not even really a bad thing. You need to stand up for what you think and what you belive in. Adults don’t need to know everything that there child does online. So I think they should just back off and let us do what we want to do.
Yesterday when we did that solar system thing, i was surprised that it was actually accurate in how far the planets are from each other. I also thought that it was a fun way to learn about the solar system because we got to go outside and work with a group. I think that we should do more activities like that, because it was fun and I’m sure everyone learned something new.
Today is Earth day so i think we should all go outside and spend some time with the earth. =D The earth is a very nice place so we should treat it with love and respect. Some people don’t treat the earth nice but they really should.
I think that that war movie was alright. Some parts were more boring then others but it was ok. I don’t think that I could ever fight in a war. I would be to scared. The wars in this movie looked like they would be very harsh and hard to fight in. Many people died from a sickness or from not enough food or they were killed. Even though parts of the movie were very boring I thought that some were interesting. Everyone in the movie that was alive today and that were telling some stories said it was very hard to think of it and some were very emotional. There was also a lot of parts in the movie that had to do with all the dead bodies just laying in the streets piled up on top of each other. I think the movie would have been a little more interesting if it would have been in color, but it looked more historical and sad in black and white. I thought that it was interesting to see the people that were like dying of starvation because they were so skinny and you could see like all there bones. I think I liked the movie when we started watching it in the beginning and the end. I didn’t really like the middle to much I thought it was boring.
Last night I watched this show and there were some funky people. I love this show but the most interesting part is the auditions. Last year I watched the show almost every time it was on and Jordin Sparks won. Shes a good singer i guess I have one of her songs on my ipod. Any ways they are going to be in Dallas tonight. Personally i think this whole thing about Andrea is pointless and a wast of time. Like ok everyone can be bossy some more then others but that’s life. That declaration thing could have been solved in many different ways, i think this class chose the wrong way.WE are the people that voted for Andrea WE are the ones that thought she would be good for the job and WE are the ones who trusted her. So WE all do not have the right to criticize her personally. Sure we can say we don’t like the things she put on the declaration but some of us are going a little to far.
Icicles may look pretty outside but they are really a damage to your home. People have been calling company’s to see what they can do to keep there home from getting damaged. Well when i was like 6 I had this one dream where me and my mom were driving and we got in a car accident. I had that dream a Long time ago but for some reason I still remember it very clearly. It hasn’t happened and I hope it doesn’t ever happen. I have a dream like every night some i remember and others i don’t.
A 4 year old boy got on the school bus to go to school. The boy then fell asleep and never got off the bus. The driver did not make sure that everyone was off the bus. The boy was in the freezing bus for a few hours When the boy was found he was taken to the hospital because his body temp. had drooped so much. To learn more click here.
